Claim Being Ignored

Not being offered a curtesy car. </p> <p> </p> <p>Our ur claim is still not being processed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Week él after week I am advised that they are still waiting investigation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Emails are are ignored and the lady at the call Centre Zanele advised her hands are tied. I have to just keep waiting. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Week after week still the claim is not processed. I'm not sure if 36 days is normal to wait for a claim. Pay an installment for a claim they refuse to get back to you about. </p> <p> </p> <p>As well as a premium no one is willing to assist with regards to a claim</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>shocked and disappointed. </p>
