Bmw assist - pathetic service

Called BMW assist at 18.33..reporting a punctured run flat. They called the guy to come out around 20 minutes later. He then calls us about 50 minutes later to say that he is about to leave and it will take him 45 minutes to get to us. <br> How can the people on call be so unreliable? This is pathetic as we have a function to attend. The lady who took our call is Evet and some Mo. Guy they called out is Hendry. At wilge plaza enroute jhb
