BMW 320i releasing fumes

I have my 2013 BMW 320i bought brand new from Auto Luxus Upington, I noticed that the vehicle is starting to release fumes, un bearable when I drive, is this normal, it is really starting to give me worries wheather there is a factory fault please can my vehicle be checked ASAP, I am really concerned<br> <br> I will really want a person from the BMW Quality Department to look into my matter ASAP,
