A 3 hour wait alongside the road for assistance with flat tyre!

<p>I called BMW assist at 16:41 to ask for assistancec with a flat tyre, I was stranded alongside the road with the kids. The first time BMW assist contacted me was at 18:47, over 2 hours later! There was no apology for the late response, instead I was told that I had to wait another 60 minutes be cause the technician is busy with another flat tyre. A 3 hour wait is not what this brand promises! Totally disappointed and with rethink repurchasing this brand in the future!</p>
