Zambesi ARC damaged my bakkie's interior!!

My Nissan Navara 2018 model went in for hail damage repairs. Got it back with 7 parts broken INSIDE the bakkie which got nothing to do with the hail damage.

Not mentioning parts which was loose inside the bakkie, dirty and oil marks on the roof's interior.

They left parts on my dash and seats which they've loosen to repair some of the damage. Took the bakkie back the next day so they can fix it.

After numerous call's to them, they called the bakkie back to replace all the parts which was damaged by them. Took the bakkie in and left it there for the day, around 16h00 I called them to find out if they're done. (I'm the client, but I'm the one doing their job to find out what's going on.) Guess what, they only replaced 2 of the 7 parts, the rest was just left out.

Called them numerous times afterwards to follow up when I can bring my bakkie back so they can replace all the damaged parts.

The bakkie went in somewhere around February or March, up to date I'm still stuck with a bakkie with damaged interior.
