Zambesi ARC - Avoid like the plague

Unfortunately you can't give a lower rating than one star. We took my mother's 2011 BMW 320d in for repairs on the front after the car had an accident, when the car was finally finished initially the cradle on which the bumper sits was not properly aligned as it was sitting lower than it should. Except for that the one door's central locking suddenly stopped working, according to the repair shop and workshop manager this was due to age (only one door stopped working) and after we later removed the locking mechanism it showed signs that it had been burned out, ARC denied working anywhere near electrical components even though where they had to fix includes where the wiring goes, the battery sits as well as the fuse box. For context I drive a 2008 BMW 320d and have never had any issues with the locks even though they are still the originals from when the car was assembled in 2008. After receiving the car back again later after they had now aligned the cradle and bumper correctly I noted that the bumper is still not correctly aligned, suffice to say we gave up have them properly fixing it since they have already proven inept and also refuse to accept responsibility for their negligence
