Zambesi ARC are a dire dissapointment!

I'm having an issue where a car that is hardly 6 months old, gets a minor accident and goes to a repair centre there it gets stripped all over like it went for a rebuild procedure.

No feedback, no communication updates sent during the repair process, they are always ready to fight whenever you push for an earlier date...I work in a service oriented background myself and I hate to be **** to by a service representative agent thinking I'm stupid or gullible...no sense of urgency..that is how I feel...their standards have dropped dismally!!!!
