VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NONE EXISTENT SERVICES!

Worst service I have ever had! UNBELIEVABLE...!! Took my car for dent and scratches to be quoted for my insurance. this was the 26th of May, till date they still haven't sent me the quotation. I have contacted them multiple times requesting for the estimate but all they do is make these lousy empty promises that they would get it done as soon as possible. a quotation for a minor dent that takes 11 days and still going?? My insurance uses them and very few panel beaters around and I wasted my day driving all the way to their place just for a dry hump? now I have to cancel my insurance or ask them to drop these people (show me proof). I took a day's leave at work just to go to them and I get nothing out ofthat. outlandish!!
