Useless

My car went in for repairs 2 weeks ago. I have tried contacting the branch to get feedback and an update on my car as my rental vehicle has to be returned. My E-mails are not answered and when I phone, I get put through to a lady (Called Nasima) who promises to phone me back within the hour to give me an update. Needless to say I had to phone back 4 hours later as she had still not phoned me back. When I phoned again, I was then promised an update within 10 minutes. Two hours later, still no update. I phoned them again to request to speak to the manager, but he can also not be reached as he doesn't have a landline. Absolute useless company.
