Pathetic Service ever by two receptionists Ms Jacobs and her colleague. I was looking for someone from the workshop and Ms Jacobs just dismissed me saying she can't relay my message nor get the person on the line. She refused to give me his cellphone number and merely said she is just a receptionist the only time she gets is when she goes to the bathroom and she just hanged up on me. I called again she didn't answer,I kept calling several times and all she did she picked up the phone and put the receiver on the side without saying anything. I called again she put my call on line busy. Then altimately her colleague answered and she said they can't help me and she hang up on me. Useless employee BMW have. I will certainly won't utilise their services anymore
