Poor communication and snail pace

Poor communication, they don’t update you on the progress of the repair until you call them. To get hold of them it’s still not easy, you have to call at least twice. Damage of my car was not measure, initially, was quoted R8tao but we are already on the 6th week without a car. My advise, go to other repair centers, don’t even think about going to Zambesi ARC.
