car repairs

they have my car since 26th Oct and every time they call is the part is on back order that's all they know. my insurance well #Iwyze does not seem to care and am paying my premium on time every month. the rental car days have lapsed and i don't have a car with me. i don't know what to do am beyond disappointed.
