BMW ARC Zambesi

Good day

I’m Gomolemo Masilo, I’m 28 years old and you reside in Pretoria.

I was involved in a car accident in the month of February 2021 and my car was towed to BMW ARC in Zambezi (Pretoria) where it had to be fixed. On the day of the accident I had some of my personal belongings left in the car such as a camp master, bulletproof vest, usb cables, usb stick and a cooler box. Few days later I then decided to get all my personal belongings and also the quotation from them because my car wasn’t insured so I had to pay it cash. Unfortunately, the day I got there I was told that my bulletproof vest was probably ****** by their security guard but I managed to get the rest of my belongings back.

The following week or two I sent them an email and told them that I will be taking my car back as I can’t really afford what they had quoted for me. I had to look for a tow truck to pull my car from BMW ARC to another cheaper repair centre around Pretoria. On the day of the transportation, side mirrors, rear sensors and the front left light were removed from my car. They’re refusing to give everything back to me blaming the tow truck that had taken my car from their centre to another cheaper centre up to this day. They forgot that I have both the checklist and pictures of my car the day it got towed to their centre. I even visited the Sinoville Police Station but I was told to get a lawyer as this is a civil matter??♂️…
