Why no response?
Good day,<br> <br> After various attempts to receive feedback from BMT College, I am now forced to write this report and hopefully receive feedback.<br> <br> I completed documentation in order to obtain a refund after I made a partial payment toward my studies, but will not longer continue with my studies due to personal reasons. <br> <br> I made the request in January 2015 already. Completed all the necessary documentation and submitted proof as per their request. I followed up on 27 February 2015 and up to 24 March 2015, no response.<br> <br> This is really bad service. I am a loyal supporter of BMT College and obtain several qualifications through you.<br> <br> Please assist in this matter urgently.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Alta Linstrom
