very bad service!!!
I am an existing bmt student. I asked that my studies be placed on hold till end april due to my busy schedule at the moment. I phoned them and they said I should get a letter from my manager that states my situation. I got it and mailed it. I phoned 3 times and the lady said that she would phone me back but she never did! I emailed bmt but no response if my request was granted! Today a debit order went off for bmt so obviously it means that they never prosessed my request!!! I am extremly disapointed in bmt!! I would like them to attend to my matter asap and pay back my money .
