Refund and results

I am deeply disappointed by the service from this institution.<br> <br> I have been requesting feedback on my results for months, I have submitted all the relevant information but I still haven't received anything, besides that I had overpaid as I was going to study further with them but after all the bad service I requested a refund a month ago, which I was promised as per their official refund request form that they will process it on the last day of the month.<br> <br> When trying to follow up the keep telling me it will be done but to date they have not refunded me my money.<br> <br> When will I receive my refund????
