After Enrolling with BMT College i received a registration letter stating my records will be loaded on the NLRD which after completion i found has not been done i enquired with SAQA who sent me my records on the NLDR only the course I'm not allowed to finish has been listed the complaints thereof has been sent to the Beeld newspaper SAQA told me that it is the responsibility of the supplier to get my records loaded since several requests about all matters at hand i haven't received any reply apparently the only person I'm allowed to communicate with is the vice principal who don't like students complaining on Hello Peter calls my complaints Frivolous now if i don't get any response or am only allowed to communicate with one person what am i supposed to do as a consumer or client im allowed to complain about service delivery i did everything possible to resolve the dispute with the college but as an honest person im not going to adhere to theire request for an interview regarding a previous matter
