Red flag on my credit profile

Poor customer service This is a 1 month loan company, and I have been taking once off loans with them for 2 years and to my surprise there are 2 loans that shows on my credit profile that they say I didn't pay them and when I contact them they say the problem is with Experian they didn't update their system and I contacted Experian and they said the Bosman company is the one that must clear on their system that I have paid and when I contact them they don't respond they gave me a paid up letter but it doesn't help because the loans still shows on my credit profile as written off and it affect my score, I can't buy a car and make other credit's because of them
