Refusing to Refund my Company

My company had ordered items from BMS Education but after I had received them I was not happy with them and we couriered the items back within 7 working days but they refuse to refund us. I was rudely treated by a lady whom refused to give out her name on the phone whom I then swore at. She continuously hanged up the phone when I called in to speak to Kaizer the saleman who had initially assisted me. I was then refused to speak to him because BMS is not his company and he is just a mere salesman. I then spoke to an apparent manager by the name Yaseen who blatantly told me that I will not get my refund as he had imported the items and kept complaining of how I swore at the lady on the phone and if I wanted my refund I should ask for it from Kaizer in his personal capacity as their company was not willing to refund me. I then sent an e-mail apologizing for swearing at the lady and request my refund but still was not successful and was told that I had no legal leg and can do as I please. See below the e-mail from Yaseen to myself;

Kaizer has NO AUTHORITY IN THE COMPANY! He is simply a sales person. 1) Addressing kaizer continouosly is your first mistake! Kazier is not in charge, I am and I am not bound to Kaizer or your word. It is the company's management decision, so I am not interested in what is "said between your partner and kaizer". If you have a problem, then ask Kaizer for your money, but it's going to come from his personal capacity, not a refund from mine 2) It is under our discretion to credit your company. We imported these from Taiwan for you. Your partner DID NOT indicate he needed a certain stencil, look at his quotation. I am not interested in what he said to Kaizer, because Kaizer will deny things and I am not interested in playing he said she said. You can do that on your time 3) Then, your partner swore at my lady, and goes off on a rant. He then accuses Kaizer of things without any written proof. 4) When I spoke to your partner this morning, he indicated: "he has no need for the money, it is a small amount", so why are you getting involved? Are you there to fight his battles. I wanted to solve the problem amicably, but your partner was blatant. I see NO REASON at all to reciprocate to you or your partner, no reason whatsoever. The matter is now closed. Yaseen

With respect, the writer has not provided any evidence to prove what he wanted in the first place. He actually took the matter to the CPA, and the matter was found not to be in his favour. The writer was advised to collect his goods - he refused, and we donated it to charity
