Copper Rain Gauge

<p>I purchased 2 copper rain gauges from BMS Education. The glass measuring cylinders that came with them are totally inaccurate! The cylinders measure less than half of the rainfall. I contacted them and said I would return both of the gauges at my own cost and asked for a refund. This was flatly denied by the manager, Yaseem. They stated that I had been told by the sales representative that the glass cylinders were "not 100% accurate" which is untrue! They could have included it in the email which I didn't see. However how can they sell an item such as a rain gauge that is not accurate? </p>
