Extremely Unpleasant/Horrible and Disrespectful Service from Touching Cars t/s BMM Power
I took my car for Gearbox repairs with touching cars t/a BMM power, the day they told to fetch my car, there was a noise coming when driving on bumpy roads, I took the car back several times without any assistance, this is despite me paying the invoice in full I since had several issues with my car until it broke down and had to take it to a different workshop, where they noticed that the workshop did not tighten the bolt that supports the Transmission mountain (transfer case mounting) and the oil inside the gearbox was very low and eventually my car broke down, I took it back without any assistance whatsoever, I had to take my car elsewhere and buy a new gearbox, I have since tried to communicate with the management via emails and WhatsApp but I am being ignored I have since decided to take this a legal route and include all Motor Industry Organizations I tried communicating with Management until I had to make a decision to go every way possible to deal with disrespect that the workshop gave me after I paid my money for such a horrific service
