Disgusting Service!! Through Legal Wise & BMK Atto

I joined Legal Wise a year ago to get a maintenance matter sorted. In July I was allowed to use the policy and was referred to BMK Attorney's I have been working with Godfrey Lusenga. Up to date he still hasnt gotten me a court date, still hasnt sent my ex a letter of demand. All I know that he has done is asked me to fill in papers. I phone, he doesnt return my calls, I send him messages, he reads them and doesnt respond. He tells me he will call me and e-mail me papers, and still nothing. His service has been DISGUSTING!!!!<br> I am a single mother with 3 children and all I want is the maintenance matter sorted. Godfrey cant even pick up the phone.<br> I have complained with his supervisor. No luck there. I have complained again today and the supervisor is in court. I am paying for a service each month and I am getting no where!!!<br> All I want it a court date, I want my maintenance issue sorted and I want it done ASAP. This has been going on since July 2015
