Waiting almost 3months for my provident fund

I have been working for a company called Toolquip And Al**** for years and was retrenched when we merged with BMG, this was at the end of may. We were given forms to fill in as procedure goes, about 2 weeks later I sent my forms via mail to the lady that was supposed to handle my claims. After almost 2 months after contacting the the Sygnia Ibfound out that my forms were never submitted, I called BMG to ask what the problem was and was told the one and only woman who had to authorize my claim was on leave and the documents had been laying on her desk all along and that there was another set of forms I had to initial so that they could complete my application after doing my part I sent the forms again assuming the silence since then would mean my application is in progress only after calling the fund again I find out that the lady who had been assisting me hadn't followed up on nothing at all and still encourages me to escalate the matter . It's been 3 months and I am unemployed with bills to pay, what do I do?
