Very Rude

I walked into BMG in PMB and the first person at the counter didnt even notice i was in front of them... as soon as he looked up, he just said I should find myself another person who can help me. I walked over to the guy next to him and gave him my invoice so i could pay. The invoice had a spelling error of my work place so i explained to the guy that could he please correct it on the next invoice he will be printed out, only to find that he was not listening to me as he looked up to say to me: "Yeah I'll give you an invoice" and so i kept quite. he walks off to fetch the parts at the back and then prints out the invoice after i had paid. I noticed that he made another spelling error using an 'N' instead of an 'M' whilst the corrected spelling was beneath the actual name they had initially made an error in. I asked him to correct it but he refused saying there was nothing he could do... he even asked two of his colleagues who also the raised their voice to say the same thing. I felt embarrassed and Clinton was very rude along with his colleagues.
