Useless bmg branch on Dekema road wadeville

Absolutely pathetic customer service, I went there to buy something, the place was quiet only one customer inside..

I stood there right in front of the sales counter,three sales people were standing there doing nothing busy with their self phones so I said nothing waiting to see how long it would take for them to help me, I literally stood there for 30 minutes and still they didn't even acknowledge me.

I then asked out loud :can someone please assist me? The one person then looked up saw me, and just blatantly ignored me short before this another man came in saw what was going on and immediately turned around and left the store
