Reckless driver from bearing man group

One of the cars from BMG company was involved in an accident with mine , on the 5July 2018 at 14h45 , at Perth road the road has bumps and they are huge like humps . My mother was getting on to a hump when the driver drove into my car which was driven by my mom on that day. Which means the driver was too close and did not adhere to the road rule of 3 meter distance apart. We have opened a case and when I called BMG I spoke to Kobus who said he was a maintenance guy and then told me to fix the car myself. I ask for a senior person was told to contact Latifee, spoke to him and he told me they are still in process of claiming from their insurance. I must send him and email and I never got a response after the email . Sent another email which I have been ignored still.
