Poor customer service.

It's a real mission to get decent service at the Silverton branch. Talked to another BMG client who I met at an engineering shop in Silverton who has similar complaints about poor service. Wish management can give some attention to this situation. Very frustrating indeed, with one of last orders I bought at Bearing House. Some items not as good priced as BMG, but terrific service and after sale service/follow ups. Something is not greased well there.
