Poor and entry level service

Poor service I went to the branch on Edwin swales The service was poor I waited over 50 minutes to get a simple part When I entered I was the 2nd customer in the shop It was a bicycle chain Upon arrival they didn’t even open the front door The whole lot of staff were busy having their own party They took their own sweet time to service customers

I went on the 3rd of august The time was 15:30 I had only got out the shop at 16:22
