Guy didn't want to help me

I wanted a couple of o-rings to use as drive belts on a small lathe. The kid that was meant to help me didn't know how to determine the size of o-rings required (or he just played dumb). I did that for him, no big deal - I have a few more engineering degrees than him anyway. After I gave him the specs for what I needed, he went to the computer and returned proclaiming that they didn't have any. No offer to order. I didn't like his attitude and so didn't insist on it. After that (out of pure masochism) I asked him for 5 fasteners. He returned with only one and so I had to send him back for the rest.<br> <br> I understand that I wasn't there to spend a lot of money (this time), but it was my first time at Secunda's BMG and I've grown accustomed to excellent service at other branches. I don't see myself supporting this branch if I can help it, and BMG's other branches are far away.
