Danfoss and BMG too big to care!

SO decide to buy a Danfoss motor and VSD combination for our machines, we are struggling to get the these working to our requirements although the specs say it can work? Now the local agents BMG are not willing to have a technical rep do a site visit as all attempts via the phone has not been able to sort out our problem and Danfoss in JHB keep you hanging on the phone because their technical departments line is busy. This is certainly not the way to win and keep customers but I suppose thats not the point is it?
