BMG YES programe

I am writing this on behalf of someone as she is still traumatized by the treatment, she received from a female HR manager at BMG Jeppestown .The person app**** for the YES program and was accepted to learn under BMG, she went through all the necessary steps that started in November 2024 .The process included the application, interview, credit and ******** checks .She was then accepted and was invited to attend the induction of the Yes program upon her arrival she was humiliated by the HR manager not one but 3 times Infront of everyone that attended the induction. She chased away and asked to leave the premises as they picked up that she already did the YES program, instead of calling her aside or into a private room and explained what happened the HR manager did not have the decency or professionalism and lacked the empathy to sympathise with a job seeker that has been struggling to get a job. The treatment she received from HR manager representing BMG was disgusting and should not be in position where she deals with people
