Bearing Man Group Sales Man sold wheel bearings without Dust Seals

Hello every one, if you are going to look for a Bearing at BMG be prepare for the worst assistance ever. First : BMG Durban is no more at the address that is listed in the internet, is listed as 491 Sydney Rd Umbilo Kwazulu Natal 4001 South Africa City of Durban when the New Address is 356 Solomon Mahlangu, Clairwood. So I have a huge waste of time asking around how to get to the new address of BMG. I get inside and Kioshan Govender (sales person) after give me the bearings he just say thank you by. I asking before for the seals, he say he need a sample. I’m sorry how different will be the sizes of the seal compare to the bearing, mmm lets think NONE it will have the full diameter and the same centre diameter and for the thickness Hello! The size is most of the time 5 to 10 mm, I can bring my 6 year old to put the size of the bearing in the machine and voila a seal is made. But this man don’t even try, how he just say good by to a client with 2 wheel bearings without any kind of seal, a child will know that those bearings are useless without any seal, so I’m sure he had fun with the friends saying I just sold to this idiot 2 wheel bearings and did not insist in getting any kind of Dust Seal,ha,ha... This idiot belong to the Ulysses Motorcycle Club biggest in Durban, when I tell my brothers bikers how this man treat me the will be hundreds of less customers going to bearing man Durban. One more thing, I call back to Bearing man asking for an explanation as all other places that sell wheel bearings sold them TOGETHER with the Dust seals. First I got hold of someone that wash his hands and pass the call to Mr Kioshan Govender as soon I told him why he sold me the bearings without seals put me on hold for 11minutes (testing me if I was going to hold or just hang out)bad luck of him have the full call recorded and at the end keep saying bring a sample. How someone can let a customer go with bearings without any kind of dust seals, how hard will be for him to try to make 2 with the size of the bearing & 5 mm thickness, it will be very easy but he was very comfortable sitting in the chair making impossible for the customer to ask anything after I drove 120km to get to Bearing Man Durban. Now I have to do another 120km bring a sample that did not need it in the first place and deal with the same lazy sales man again? I hope Bearing Man will train better the next generations of sales man, they can’t let leave a customer with wheel bearing as he specify was for a ca or a bike without dust seals, it should be a rule, a priority 1 as the customer could come from 500km away and still is going to need to find seals or those bearing won’t last a month on the road and he could have an accident because he thought the seals were not so important because BEARING MAN DURBAN DID NOT GIVE HIM THE SEALS WITH THE WHEEL BEARINGS, then he could take the company to court for failure to provide the full seal kit with the bearing that result in an accident when the bearings fail after a month.
