Bad customer service BMG SILVERTON

I bought an electrical motor n it only lasted for 20 minutes ,took it back then i was told it'll take 3 weeks to fix,coudnt wait that long so i requested for a refund ,they are not communicating with me ever since when i call them they dnt pick up..
