BMC Fine Jewellery- Brendon

I am absolutely devastated by the experience I've had with Brendon and his work. My now-husband asked him to create a birthday ring for me, and while it was beautiful and initially seemed to complement my personality perfectly, I am now deeply disappointed. Less than a year after receiving the ring, one of the stones fell out. At the time, my husband had already commissioned Brendon to make an engagement ring for me, unaware of the issue with the birthday ring. When I mentioned the missing stone, Brendon said he would fix it.

In addition to the engagement ring, Brendon also made my wedding ring, which was originally my mother's gorgeous gold ring with diamonds. Unfortunately, the problems only continued. The stone in the engagement ring fell out three times, and when we received the wedding ring, we found that one of the diamonds was already missing. We contacted Brendon, but his response was not only dismissive but downright rude—he insisted all the diamonds were there, despite the clear evidence of one missing. I even sent him pictures showing that one of my mother's original 11 diamonds was gone, yet he continued to deny the issue.

After receiving the engagement ring back from him the final time, I noticed that it had been completely altered—any detail that had been there when my husband proposed was gone. Still, we moved on with our lives, got married, and went on our honeymoon, but within a week of getting married, yet another diamond fell out of my wedding ring. I take my rings off when I do housework, garden, or go to the gym, so there’s no reason for these issues to occur. Now, another diamond is missing, and I am heartbroken.

Brendon has shown himself to be completely unreliable and unprofessional throughout this entire process. His communication is rude and dismissive, and he has no respect for his clients. After consulting with a friend who is a lawyer, I’ve come to the conclusion that it wouldn’t even be worth pursuing legal action—I'll never get back the sentimental value that has been lost due to his poor craftsmanship and lack of professionalism.

This is just my honest review, so if you're considering using him to make any kind of ring, please keep this in mind. I’ve cried so many tears over these rings, and Brendon’s unprofessional attitude has only made it harder. His work is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend him to anyone.
