No communication, no delivery on time. Poor service

I'm so disappointed at BMashilo Designs. I ordered a dress on the 25th of August via their website. They didn't communicate until I made a follow up on the 7th of September and I was told the dress will be delivered on the 15th of September. Come the 15th they said they will send the driver. On the 16th of September I made a follow up if they will still delivered and they said they will let me know by close of business and they didn't.

I don't know why such treatment, maybe, it's because I'm not one of the popular celebrities and I'm not that important.
