Really bad service

We rented a house from BMA group. We rented for 2 years. After a few complaints about certain stuff that I do have proof - we had damages. I had a meeting with them and the CEO of the company and he told them to be there for me with the Owner of the house but when it was time to do the out inspection they just stood back and even they knew that what the owner asked from me was not my fault. My contract dates are not the same as I had it on my contract. There's a lot of lies going on and do not look after the client as it should be. I do have all paperwork regarding this property. When we have meeting they all up and arms to help but as soon as you left the offices its something else...
