BM Parts Edenvale - **********

BM parts in Edenvale seems aftermarket new and used BMW parts. This is the second time I had a disappointing experience with this business, whereby they refused to honour their part. They never honour their warranty on products and service. The attitude of the staff and management is unapproachable, arrogant and discourteous. I purchased an Air Bellow for a BMW X5, which I later found out that the part was defective by the fitment centre recommended by BM Parts. The then claimed that the parts was fitted incorrectly. The management refused to replace the defective part. I was kept waiting for two hours waisting my time and eventually asked to buy another bellow. This is dishonesty at its highest level and I urge the general patrons not to support such **********. Rather spend your money with a more reputable organisation.
