My two service experiences with BM-Mobile

I have used this company twice now to service my F30. First time I used them, I had an oil service done and to be honest the service was just top notch. Noel was super friendly and shared a lot of knowledge with me while they were doing the service. They came to my house to do the service, and it was super quick and efficient. They stamped my service book (which I got because the last time I took my car to BMW, they couldn’t load the service history on the idrive) and were able to provide me with quotes for other work I would like done on my car. Second time around I had my front brakes done, and again a great job was done. I requested they leave the old pads (because I wanted to inspect the wear on them). Service book was stamped without me having to remind or request. Getting a booking second time around was an issue to be honest, however I’ve learnt that if you want a booking done you should go through Dimpho. She’s a friendly lady that will always keep you up to date with bookings, quotes etc and she always goes above and beyond. Overall I can say I would recommend BM Mobile to all those with BMW’s and Minis out of motorplan. They provide a very affordable service, the workmanship is great, the staff are friendly and the best part is that they come to you (bonus is that they are RMI approved, so even better for those with extended warranties like myself).
