<p>WEnjoy booked at the resort. On our way we were in a accident. I send a email to apologise when we were out of hospital. I called numerous times and Cynthia responded only 2 weeks later. We then rescheduled and she forced us to cancel. I told her numerous times that we want to come but she forced cancellation so that she doesn't pay our money back. Up to now new people stayed there and she took our R3000. They don't respond. If there is any one outime there that can advice what steps I can take to get our money back please help. Also don't be fooled by the pictures they con people out of their money. </p>

Warning about Blyderiver Wilderness. The Owner of the place called and he was intimidate me. He saying that he will not pay back the money. I have send him an email to tell him not to call me and put everything on mail. Not once did he try to sort out the matter but he is quick to attack and say he will not pay back. Johan went to the lawyers to intimidate me and he goes as far as lying. Beware this place has a cancellation policies. I respect that. They don't have policies of reschedule. They force you to cancel and if you refuse they take your money. Be aware people this place are clever, they misuse people to get their money. I have been by his lawyers if I don't apologise for them not giving my money back they will take me to court and I will get arrested. . Johan the owner must be ashamed. He thinks because I am a women and black he can mistreat me.
