Bad attitude , bad service/ poor customer relation

We were booked into a lodge for 4 nights by an agency . We were worried of our safety right from the first day we arrived . On the second day, while sleeping were heard some sounds in the room we were sleeping in. After switching on lights , there was a squirrel that came from the roof to the bed.. We were both dead scared,ran to the reception did help but unfortunate there was no one to assist . Going back to the room , the 2 squirrels were still there. Out if panic in the middle of nowhere , we decided to leave coz we couldn't sleep with this animals in the house . The owner had still not come back to me regarding the complain . They have their Money , they would care now . Anyone who decides to visit this place , know that you might just be attacked by anything with mo help !!
