Poor customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes last week Monday 28 September 2020. I was told that the shoes will be delivered within 3 working days. It's been over week now and I still haven't gotten my shoes. I ordered via Instagram and they used to answer my DMs. Now that I have paid, they don't even bother answering my DMs but keep on posting on their page.

Poor customer service and I don't even want the shoes anymore. I just want my money back. I am not impressed at all
