NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS!

No customer service. All my calls and emails have been ignored. I get the same reply on whatsapp " thank you for your inquiry we will get back to you" yet never hear anything. They sent me the wrong size shoe and dont do refunds. You think you could get an exchange though ? NOPE. They refuse to refund too. NEVER buy from this poorly managed company.
