Blvck Series accepting payments with no delivery

About a month ago I have placed an order via the BLVCK series website and received quick confirmation of successfull payment with order number ***. To date I haven't taken delivery of my order as yet. I have sent numerous messages via communication platforms and I haven't received responses. On the 7th Jan they advised that my order has been dispatched however I have not taken delivery. This entire order has been atrocious which led me to believe that this is not a legitimate business nor concern about the customer service or experience. I have been requesting for tracking number to follow up myself but nothing. So I am convinced you have ****med me and taken my money. This company is a **** and needs to be exposed for *****ing from people. As leigimate business doesn't ignored Customers after they've taken their money.
