People must stay away from printed vouchers at filling stations . This company is robbing customer because their vouchers doesn't work and when you call customer care you'll be directed shop , capitec , etc without any assistance . Ask for a proper vouchers , mtn , cell c , etc not the printed one called blue voucher .

DONT BY BLU VOUCHER
Here is my Story, On Tuesday 17th of March 2026, I was ****med with a Blu Voucher, I immediately made contact with Blu Voucher Via there WA platform, I explain the situation, asked if we can block the voucher, I was told yes it is possible and that the support team will contact me to assist, I was told they will contact me shortly, I asked several time on the WA when will support contact me, I was told, they will contact you shortly its now Friday the 20th, NO ONE has contacted me back. So that means when you get ****med out of your voucher Blu Voucher DONT CARE.

I once participated on a competition to win 2 tickets to Dj Tira event on the 31st of December 2023 or 2024 and the I never received the tickets nor communication from them whilst I had already traveled to Durban from Gauteng to attend the event. Till today no reimbur*****t was made from them 👎🏼

Blu Voucher scheme
Charged by BLU voucher and Capitec banking app for a voucher that I never recieved and I'm told that nonsense but BLU VOUCHER is a big company 🤷🏿♂️ but they don't have a free social account like what's app for assistance they rely on us calling them with airtime or us emailing them which takes time or I should wait 24-48h for them to resolve it.... Which will be never
