You keep rental deposits, you don't pay it back

I rented a car from you because you are the company my insurance company uses.

I returned the car on the 22nd of November & I have not received my deposit back from you. You blamed my bank, so I checked with them.

They have no record that the amount was ever put on hold or that it was paid back to me at any time.

When I informed you of this you didn't get back to me to resolve the issue.
