WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY

We have rented a vehicle on 25-26 August 2025 from King Shaka Airport. Staff very unfriendly. The holding deposit was only released on Tuesday 02 September 2025, after we had to phone them. We have send several emails to their Head Office requesting a Tax Invoice, we have received one response from Kgothatso Mashaphu and from there on nothing. Not even an acknowledgement that we have received your email. They are becoming worse than the Government departments and should actually close their doors.
