Very angry, frustrated customers of Bluu car rental, Pinetown

Bluu car rental deserves not even 1 star!!

My husband and I were given a hire car, a Toyota Starlet on the 3rd of July. My husband paid a deposit of R2 000 which he was told he would receive back once the hire car has been returned. We handed the hire car back well over a week and a half ago and after numerous calls from my husband to get his deposit refunded and a lady stating that the deposit has been returned into his banking account, NOTHING!!!!

Call after call he gets told a different story and **** to. We are getting extremely angry and frustrated as we were told it would be refunded within 5 to 7 days. We want our deposit back Bluu car rental!!!
