THINK HARD... VERY HARD BEFORE YOU USE BLUU CAR RENTAL !!!!

I used to enjoy the service until the company was taken over by a new entity recently. Now it has just become a nightmare! Earlier this year my company was sent a R400 Ädmin Fee" for a speeding fine. I asked for a proof of the ticket and received no joy. On the 25 Jan 2023 I rented a car in my own name. I was very cautious and drove very slowly to an extent that the trip that normally takes 3 hours took me 4 hours. Guess what?! I just received a notification of another R400 Ädmin Fee" and this was deducted from my bank account without any proof whatsoever being given to me that there is any speeding fine!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BLUU TO ANYONE!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
