The Worst Service - Cape Town Airport

We had an extremely awful experience with Bluu, 40kms after picking up the car we experienced problems and when we called the call centre we were told to either return the car or sort it out. When we raised the disappointment and dissatisfaction of our experience when we dropped the car off the gentleman we spoke to couldn’t have been more unbothered. Bluu has already proven not to care for its clients on two occasions, so there’s nothing more to discuss.
