Terrible service

Terrible service from car rental company. Booked online with one of the partners, when I went to collect was told about a credit card and all of the terms and conditions are only revealed after payment is done, when I asked to cancel I was told I can’t cancel or get a refund because of the terms , why they don’t put the conditions clearly before payment is done, I don’t understand.. Ended up paying for 5x days rental but no car, just ****.. And the service from the reception lady is pathetic,
